Veuve Clicquot's red wine, of Coteaux Champenois appellation, used in the blending of La Grande Dame Rosé.

Parcelle 'Clos Colin' benefits from a traditional Burgundian vinification. A strict selection and a sorting of the grapes to the picking are realized. The stages of maceration carried out then play a role of infusion and allow to extract the color and the subtle flavors of the Pinot Noir. A tailor-made winemaking process led by daily tastings by the team of oenologists results in a unique red wine embodying finesse, elegance and nobility.
