In 2016, Loubna Ksibi and Donia Amamra decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure. With Youssef Oudahman, they founded Meet My Mama, a company with a green catering service and a Mama Academy training school. Meet My Mama was born from seeing the wasted talent of women from all over the world with real culinary skills. Meet My Mama inspires, trains and professionally and socially supports thousands of women often facing the risk of poverty and exclusion by removing the economic and social obstacles they may encounter. Today, Meet My Mama has a community of more than 200 women, migrants or refugees, with more than 1,500 business clients, and has just launched an inclusive medium dedicated to women.

Gérald Karsenti joined SAP in April 2018 et since then has been very active to promote the perfect gender balance. He has been fighting on the subject for about 20 years. Upon arriving, he established this issue as a priority of the company in France and has taken decisions to make it a reality. At first, the COMEX is at the right balance, with the same numbers of women and men, but even more important women are not only on the traditional jobs, meaning not on business. The number 2, focused on operations, is a woman. Hiring is overall done with a perfect equilibrium. This is the pool for the company’s future. This is why it is so vital. A vast coaching program has been launched to support women at work, particularly the ones with the right talent to grow in the company. Additionally, we are focusing on education, particularly on the subject of potential sexual harassments.
